REFUND POLICY

We are confident you will love your breads. But if you're not satisfied, we'll make things right.

You may get a replacement on any product within 5 days of purchase if the products is; damaged during shipping, or if the product is spoilt because of incorrect shipping or manufacture.  You will receive a full replacement of the exact product that was damaged.

To get started, please send us an email on care@impossiblefoods.in or WhatsApp message us on +91 8219046711 with; your name, order number that can be found on your order confirmation email. Kindly include and image of the damaged product. Our Team will reach out to you as soon as possible.

All replacements are evaluated on a case by case basis based on the information provided to us. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to ensuring your satisfaction with our delicious bread.

Any shipping charges are not refundable.
